The Arrell Food Summit hosted by the Arrell Food Institute of the University of Guelph took place May 22-24, 2018. The summit presented 'an opportunity to celebrate innovation in agriculture and food' (Arrell Food Institute). Drs. Robert Hanner, Merritt Turetsky, and Kevin McCann, along with four other presenters, each gave brief presentations at Guelph Talks Food, a TED-Talks inspired event which concluded the first day of the summit.
